Terms:

1. The number of persons using the holiday  cottage is not to exceed four.
2. Bookings are subject to availability. On receipt of a £50 deposit (per week booked), cheque made payable to Mrs. PM Crane, your booking will be confirmed by letter - the balance of the holiday must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival date. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival must be paid in full straightaway.
3. If the holidaymaker finds it necessary to cancel the holiday before the final balance  is due, Mrs. Crane should be notified immediately and she will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If it is re-let then all deposit monies will be returned less a handling fee of £25. If the property is not re-let then  unfortunately all monies paid are forfeited.
4. If the holidaymaker finds it necessary to cancel after the final balance becomes due, whether or not the final balance has been paid, then unless the cottage is re-let the holidaymaker will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. If the property is re-let all monies will be returned less a handling fee of £25. It is recommended that holidaymakers take out travel insurance.
5. If, after your holiday has been confirmed you wish to change the dates of your holiday, then you will be liable to pay a re-arrangement fee of £25 per wk booked. IT IS NOT possible to re-arrange if less than 8 weeks before start of holiday.
6. Any problems/complaints must be reported to Mrs. Crane immediately so that they can be speedily resolved. Complaints not reported but subsequently confirmed by letter to Mrs. Crane cannot be entertained.
